ORDERING

Any goods ordered that are out of stock will not be taken from your payment

RETURNS POLICY

All products are carefully checked before despatch, but on receipt of your order please check that you have received all items according to the invoice and check all items thoroughly for defects.

Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Beautiful Jewellery. Returns MUST be notified within 3 days of receipt of order and returned within 7 days. Please contact us by telephone or Email stating what you are returning and the reason for the return. You will be issued with a returns number. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time.

Please pack any returns securely, in the original packaging and return to Beautiful Jewellery using a 'signed for' service via the Post Office. Please include your invoice number and the returns number in the parcel. Beautiful Jewellery do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the post and are not responsible for the cost of postage.

Where it is not the fault of Beautiful Jewellery, and you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will make a handling charge of 10% of the original purchase price and any credit card transaction fees will not be refunded. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable.

For all European and International order shipping will be calculated upon receipt of order and customers contacted prior to dispatch.

All our prices include VAT and relate to internet, email or telephone orders only. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice number must be quoted on any query or correspondence.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing order.

Deliveries and Dispatch

It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be dispatched within 48 Hours. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email or telephone.

All references to gold, silver, pearl etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.
